How do I use my DroneLand Giftcard?
When you purchase / receive a DroneLand giftcard, you will receive an unique code. Use this code in the payment process at 'use giftcard'.
I paid with iDeal, but I have not received an order confirmination. What should I do?
- Please check whether money has been withdrawn from your bankaccount.
When the payment has failed, there will be no money withdrawn. You will not have lost any money. Please go through the payment process again. - There is money wthdrawn from my account. What should I do now?

Invoices
Where can I find my invoice?
DroneLand stores your online invoice in your personal account. You can print the invoice as many times as you want.
Where can I find my VAT-invoice?
All invoices made by DroneLand display prices excl. VAT. Therefore you will not need another inoice.
