Returns and right of revocation
Are you not satisfied with your product or is it different than what you expected? Then you can return your order within 14 days., undamaged and in the orginal packaging.
Returns
How do I return a product?
- Look up your order number of the product you wish to return. You can find your order number in your account on www.droneland.nl or on your invoice.
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know the order number and which product(s) you would like to return.
- The DroneLand system will generate a ticketnumber and will send this to your e-mail address.
- Please note down the ticketnumber on the outside / inside of your package.
- Send DroneLand the items in original packaging.
- You are also able to use the revocation form to return your product.
- Tip: If you return a product through a parcel delivery service, always request a shipping confirmation. This enables you to prove that you have sent the package.
Return policy
- You have 14 calendar days to let DroneLand know that you would like to return a product. Have you ordered more products at one? Then the return period starts when you received the last product of your order.
- The product is, if reasonably possible, in the orginal packaging.
- You must handle the product you would like to return with care.
- Return the products and thereto beloning accessories an accordance with the return instructions which you will receive in the ticket.
- Giftcards and software (subscriptions) cannot be returned.
Right of revocation
Do you want to abrogate or revoke your purchase? Please fill in our revocation form down below and mail it to info@droneland or through the mail (DroneLand, Annie M.G. Schmidtweg 134, 1321 NB Almere). As soon as DroneLand receives your request to abrogate or revoke your purchase, you will receive a ticket and a ticket number. You can return your purchase with the ticket number.
